1. Nature of the Service
Unburdora provides private, non-clinical, non-medical one-to-one conversations for adults.
This service is not therapy, not counselling, not coaching, and not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
3. No Crisis or Emergency Support
Unburdora cannot provide crisis intervention, emergency assistance, or support for urgent mental-health situations.
If you are in immediate danger or need emergency help, contact your local emergency number or crisis hotline.
4. Session Bookings
All sessions are booked and paid for through the online scheduling system.
Your chosen time is reserved exclusively for you, and sessions end at the scheduled time even if you join late or miss part of it.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy outlined on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
Booking a session means you agree to that policy.
6. Communication
All communication happens only inside scheduled sessions.
Unburdora does not provide email support, messaging, or contact outside booked appointments.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
Conversations are private.
No sessions are recorded or stored.

8. Appropriate Use of the Service
Unburdora is strictly limited to the conversational service described.
Any attempt to use the service for inappropriate, harmful, abusive, explicit, or non-aligned purposes will result in sessions being immediately denied or discontinued.
Repeated misuse or boundary-breaking behaviour may result in permanent refusal of future sessions.
9. Right to Decline Service
Unburdora reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if the behaviour, requests, or intentions of the client fall outside the boundaries of the service or create discomfort, risk, or misuse.
