Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Do you offer video or audio sessions?
Yes. You can choose whichever feels more comfortable.
What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely fine. Many conversations start slowly and find their shape naturally.
Can men book sessions?
Yes. Unburdora is open to all adults (18+) within the clear boundaries listed on the site.
What if I am late?
You’re welcome to join the call anytime during your scheduled session. The session ends at the planned time, as the time has been reserved for you. There’s no need to message beforehand.
Can we talk about personal or emotional topics?
Yes - as long as they stay within non-clinical boundaries. This is a space for everyday human conversation, not therapeutic intervention.
What topics are not allowed?
Anything romantic or sexual, crisis situations, medical or therapeutic concerns, or anything requiring professional advice.
What if English isn’t my first language?
That’s completely fine. I speak clearly and simply. I speak English and Norwegian with an Eastern European accent, which most people find warm and easy to follow.
How do I schedule a session?
Choose a session length, pick a time through the online scheduler, complete the payment, and join the call using the link provided.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the prepaid session is forfeited.
Do you offer regular weekly or monthly plans?
Yes. You can choose plans that include recurring sessions.
No chat or message support is included.
Do you offer messaging between sessions?
No. All support happens during scheduled calls only.
Is this suitable if I’m in crisis or need urgent help?
No. This service does not provide crisis or emergency support.

How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You can pay with any major debit or credit card. Stripe is a trusted global payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Do I pay in euros if I’m outside Europe?
Yes. All session prices are listed in euros (€). Your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency automatically at their exchange rate.
If a refund is issued, the returned amount may differ slightly because currency rates change over time.
