Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be refunded, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time, the booking is considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the start time, depending on availability.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
If a refund amount differs slightly, it is due to normal exchange-rate variations handled by your bank or payment provider.

6. Denied or Discontinued Sessions

Unburdora may decline or discontinue a session if:
• a client behaves inappropriately
• boundaries are not respected
• the service is being misused
• requests fall outside the nature of the service

If a session is ended early due to misuse or inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be issued.

7. Service Limitations

If Unburdora needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

8. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on this website.
